Road to Retail: Glow Log 002 ✨

Happy February, glow-getters, and welcome to the 2nd Road to Retail post! I'm back for another check-in on our journey to get AURGANICS into more esthetician studios, spas, and retail shelves across NC! It’s been two weeks since our first update, and I'll be honest...I lowkey fell off a little. Blame it on my birthday weekend (Aquarius season was in full effect), but now we’re back in motion and better than ever.

Big updates :)

Since I last checked in, we've been building our backend to make our outreach strategy smoother, more organized, and less chaotic. We started using a new CRM platform to keep track of every lead and convo, so I feel (slightly) more confident in our tracking methods. Fingers crossed we don't lose any emails, DMs, or follow-ups (there are a LOT). 

Getting into retail isn’t just about having a great product (bc we do). It’s about building relationships. What this means is it's gonna take time, multiple touchpoints, and a lot of back-and-forth before we can officially get Alpha Glow Serum on the shelves. Now that we have our new CRM, it'll be a lot easier to stay on top of everything and keep the momentum going!

More exciting news is that we're currently bringing new people onto our team! I'm so excited to have fresh energy and perspectives to help us on our #ROADTORETAIL. Stay on the lookout for our new Video Editing and Retail CRM interns—they might be introducing themselves soon!
