Road to Retail: Glow Log 003 ✨

Hey glow-getter! Can you believe it’s already time for another #ROADTORETAIL Glow Log?! I’m so excited to share our progress and what I’ve been working on as we work to get AURGANICS into 5 new cities across NC this year :)

But before we start, some big updates! We now have THREE new team members! Join me in welcoming Chloe (Retail CRM), Maeve (Video Editing), and Andrea (Video Editing) to the AURGANICS team. They’re here to help us on this #ROADTORETAIL so we can be more efficient in reaching more retailers, faster. 

Product-wise, we have another big announcement – we just finished our first CM order! WOOHOO! (It’s currently being shipped to us, but once we get it, we’ll have all the necessary inventory to support our retail growth this year).

Let’s talk outreach!

So far, our progress has been:

✨ 10 total meetings secured

✨ 9 product samples sent

✨ 3 successful meetings

✨ 2 promising leads

I’m not gonna lie, keeping up with outreach every week, making sure I add NEW retailers, AND following up with all of our leads now can be 1) stressful, and 2) time-consuming. If you didn’t know, I technically work two other jobs, though one is less than 10 hours a week. With this, every spare minute counts, and it can get a little mind-numbing when I feel like all of my spare minutes are going to filling out a spreadsheet 😵‍💫 (Hence the need for new team members like Chloe – the more hands we have on this, the better.)

What’s next?

Our goal for March is to secure our next wholesale partner – either an esthetician or retailer. I’m like 80% confident that we can do it. We’ve gotten some strong leads so far, and I’m determined to keep pushing through to the finish line. Let’s get it.
