Happy end of March, glow-getters! It’s finally spring, and we’re springing back into action this week on our #ROADTORETAIL. As y’all know, our March goal was to lock in our next wholesale partner. While we haven’t secured one (YET), the progress we made behind the scenes is setting us up for a stronger April. In other words, it’s only a matter of time. Here’s what we’ve been up to:
March was all about refining our outreach strategy, tightening our follow-up process, and getting even more intentional about B2B partnerships. We set a goal to confirm 40 meetings in March – reality check: we hit 4. Not quite what we aimed for, but we’re still grateful these potential partners took the time, and the quality of these meetings was significantly better than before.
The biggest accomplishment? Lupe and I’s new meeting reminder strategy, which increased our successful meeting rate from below 30% to 75%!!! We’re doubling down on this in April – our goal is to increase our meetings by 50%.

This month’s takeaways:

Follow-ups need to be hyper-specific. Instead of just asking “how are things going?”, I’m now asking about specific product needs.

Conversion takes time. Building long-lasting relationships with partners doesn’t happen overnight.

Site traffic is up! Specifically, visits to our “Become a Partner” page went up 400% in March!!! WOOOO!!!
