Happy July, glow-getters! We’re already halfway through 2025, and I’m definitely feeling the heat. We’ve accomplished so much during this first half of the year, and I'm so excited to see what’s next in store for AURGANICS! So let's get into it.

How June ended

June was the start of a lot of momentum for us. We hit all of our monthly goals, AND secured our third partner, which is huge! (It was months in the making.)

This is my first month achieving literally every one of my goals, and I think it’s 1) because I made realistic goals, 2) because I have a killer team right now, and 3) because we’re all extremely motivated. Everyone’s hard work is paying off, and we can directly see the impact of our actions, which is huge. 

How July started

July has just started, but we are leveraging this momentum, and still on an upward slope. I ended the last Glow Log saying the clock is ticking for Partner #4… well we secured her just THREE days into this month! Sherry Lesko, at Skin Spa Symposium based in Raleigh, NC, is now a proud AURGANICS partner! 

I'm excited to reach five partners this summer – we’re projecting before the end of August – and continue to grow our partner network so that we can help more black and brown, go-getters achieve that glow that they've always wanted and clear or dark spot-free skin.

The strategy that got us here

As y’all know, the current strategy is business-to-business. That means relationship building is paramount. These relationships not only open doors for us by giving us more outlets to sell our product, but also help us achieve our mission of democratizing stress-free skincare in more places than just our website

Having a strong relationship with each partner in our partner network makes the network that much stronger, and will make our impact that much greater.

So… what happens when you don’t have any relationships to begin with (aka us a few months ago)? You cold call. Or, in our case, cold DM. But it’s the same concept. And it works! Cold DM’ing is how we got our last two partners, Lineage Studio and Skin Spa Symposium, on our Partner Intro Call, to a check-in call, to them placing their first order.

Essentially, it’s like trying to open a steel door using only two fingers. Extremely hard to do? Yes. Technically still possible? Yes. But once you have the door open, there’s the potential for it to be open forever (or for a really long time) if you play your cards right. I’m confident in our deck.

So... what now?

Our next goal is to really, really tighten up our product. Before our next restock, I want to perfect our formula based on our last round of lab testing so that it is as stable and effective as possible. No excuses. Then, we’re onto product #2. And all along the way, we’re securing more partnerships and getting our serum into more stores across NC and SC. Then the Southeast. Then the entire country. No excuses.
