It’s a big day, glow-getters. Last night, I woke up from my nap at about 11 pm (I take really late naps) to see a notification on my phone. New order. $154.44, 6 units. A WHOLESALE ORDER!!! YESSS! Yes, yes, yes. I am beyond happy to announce that we have secured our THIRD wholesale partner, glow-getters – Lineage Studio! We are so excited to be able to offer AURGANICS in Charlotte and NYC (Essence has two spas!) 


All I can feel right now is gratitude. I’m so grateful for everything. My team, my website, my partners, my hard work, my dedication to this strategy. Y’all have to understand the B2B (business-to-business) thing is brand new for us. It’s something Lupe (former Website and Email Specialist) and I decided to try at the beginning of this year. We had to pivot our marketing, create entirely new sales processes, and build out a team specifically for this. Like, it’s serious.

And yes, it’s a small order, but it’s a WHOLESALE ORDER!!! This moment is huge because we know this isn’t just coincidence. This is strategyyyy. We’ve been workinggg. And the work is paying off. The best part about building systems is that you can track what’s happening. You can track the causes that lead to the effect.


Resisting the urge to focus on getting Partner #4, and instead, I’m just reveling in the fact that we secured Partner #3. It’s literally been 6 months in the making. Rome wasn’t built in a day. My team damn sure wasn’t built in a day (and we’re still building). Speaking of team – HUGE shout out to our current team – Edward (Retail), Laura (Website), Rebecca (Outreach), Sofia (Social Media), and Zenobia (Social Media). Honorable mention to Lupe because she literally just left last week. 


Our next steps are actually to work backwards – track what worked and what didn’t with Essence so that we can improve our partner experience for future partners. We have everything documented, so it’s just about putting the pieces together and adding the data point. Then, we’re moving onto our partner onboarding experience, and how we can make the AURGANICS experience unlike any other skincare company. We want to be personalized, fun, and most of all, stress-free. Skincare should be stress-free, after all. That’s what we mean by “irritation-free glow”, and that’s why we’re expanding our retail presence across NC (and now NYC ayeee). 


The #ROADTORETAIL continues… and the clock just started for Partner #4. Who’s next? We’re ready.
